shit I want to try these so bad….

I’ve been really busy since being back at school.
I would love to tell you all that my diet and exercise habits have been fantastic, but I they haven’t changed much. They haven’t gotten WORSE, but I haven’t had the energy to make a more conscious effort.
I have been drinking a lot more tea. White tea from Teavana, actually. The kinds i’ve been drinking are meant to improve immunity, weight loss, and they help with your skin.
And I’ve been working out sporadically. Today I did two miles in the gym (walking/running intervals). I could definitely tell that I had stopped working out as much. I made it the whole 2 miles, but I thought I was going to die some of the time. My back felt like someone was crumbling it up in their hands like paper. I wanted to just fall off the railing onto the floor below the track….
Anyway. This was just meant to be a little report so my followers won’t hate me for not posting. They probably still do, and probably still will, but whatever.
If you want to follow my personal blog, you can do so. I update it more often (because I have a lot more to say for personal life than my fitness life).
It is http://lovemichael.tumblr.com
You should all definitely follow me. :)
Hope everyone has had a wonderful January!

I’ve been tracking my exercises on myfitnesspal, and something I’ve noticed is the amount of calories I burn doing certain things.
walking/running in intervals for half a mile = about 600 calories
walking around the mall for 2 hours = about 600 calories

is it just me, or is there something messed up about this?

I’ve been neglecting this blog due to christmas and horrible emotions.
anyway.
I’ve been eating relatively well; tracking everything on myfitnesspal. Nothing special to report in that department.
I walked/ran in intervals today. Totalled to be about half a mile, roughly 600 calories burned. That’s always a good thing. I will attempt to do strength tomorrow (I told Sean to force me to do it, so hopefully it will happen).
I’m tired. Really tired. So I’m going to read and then go to sleep.
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas (or whatever you celebrate).
